Discovery

We discuss aspirations, priorities, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, functional requirements, timelines, and budgets, creating a clear foundation that guides every stage of the design process.
Design Direction
This is where the creative journey begins. Drawing on the initial brief, we establish the overall vision and character of the project through carefully curated imagery, references, materials, and mood boards. Together, these define the design language and set the tone for everything that follows.
Concept Design
The design is developed room by room, exploring layouts, architectural details, finishes, lighting, furnishings, and material palettes. Through drawings, mood boards, and carefully selected samples, we present a cohesive design concept that captures both the atmosphere and functionality of each space.
Design Development
Following client feedback, the concept is refined into a fully developed design ready for implementation. This stage includes detailed drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and bespoke design elements where required. When appropriate, we also produce photorealistic 3D visualisations to help clients experience the spaces before construction begins.
Project Coordination
Successful projects are built on collaboration. Working closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and specialist craftspeople, we oversee the design process with clear communication, careful coordination, and close attention to detail. Regular site visits ensure the design is executed as intended while allowing us to respond thoughtfully to any challenges that arise during construction.
FF&E Procurement
We source and procure furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork, and decorative accessories from a carefully curated network of suppliers and artisans around the world. Every item is tracked, quality checked, and coordinated, with secure storage arranged where necessary until installation.
Installation & Styling
The final stage is where every detail comes together. Once construction is complete, we oversee the installation of furnishings, artwork, accessories, and styling, carefully considering the placement of every piece. The result is an interior that feels complete, harmonious, and effortlessly lived in from the moment our clients walk through the door.
